The #ParaLosValientes project aims to build the largest non-profit oncology center in Europe. We joined the initiative and have started donating 1€ to the cause for each item purchased.
One of the phrases of our manifesto is that “We vision the universe as a collective consciousness and strive to connect, evolve and grow towards unity.” That is why when we joined the #ParaLosValientes project, we were sure that we would join a project whose purpose has the same ideals as ours. When we consciously look at the universe, we give ourselves the opportunity to know the needs of those who are around us. When we feel connected to ourselves and with the environment, the needs of others that once seemed to be alien to us now have become a shared responsibility.
The project “Para Los Valientes” aims to build the largest non-profit oncology center in Europe. This center will be dedicated to the treatment and investigation of childhood cancer. To be able to build this, they need to reach 30,000,000 euros. For this reason, Shambhala has decided help them reach their goal by donating 1€ to the project, for each garment that is purchased.
The “SJD Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona” represents what we believe in: to unite people together with the intention to look beyond our own individual needs and to help those in need from a collective perspective. As a clothing brand, one product may have many aspects. For example, some leggings made with recycled materials can lead us to a more inspiring practice. They can also create a temple of peace and inner silence. But they may also be the way to a higher challenge. That is why, according to the philosophy of yoga, we believe that a product is much more than just an item. There are values in each piece of clothing and we do not see a better way to be coherent with our DNA than by supporting projects like #ParaLosValientes.
