Every day we hear more and more about Sacred Geometry. They appear more often in all kinds of logos, posters, clothes, jewelry, video clips and more. But… what is the mystery that they hide and why do they grab our attention so much? There is a seemingly inexplicable attention to harmonic geometric shapes, but there is in fact a reason as to why. Just by merely observing these geometric forms, produces a communication with our subconscious.
Subconscious? Sacred? Maybe it sounds too mystical or irrational, but behind these concepts lies a very scientific ancestral knowledge (and undeniably spiritual and energetic). And the most interesting thing about this well implemented knowledge, is that it allows us to access immeasurable sources of wisdom, healing and can serve as a guide to our well-being. We can see them as keys that open doors to our inner world where all the potential that we kept hidden is stored and even some censored. You are geometry!
If we go back in time, Sacred Geometry flows like a golden thread in our history. Our ancestors knew a lot about it, that’s why we often find geometry in architecture and art. Virtually all ancient cultures, such as the Egyptians, Indians, Celts and Mayans, built their monuments according to Sacred Geometry. Temples and places of power were created with rigorous consideration of mathematics, because only the correct geometric proportions could allow people to please the gods.
Why is Sacred Geometry so important? Because the secret of creation prevails hidden behind ancient knowledge. In past times, Sacred Geometry was an important tool to understand life on earth. Numerous repetitions of the same numerical relationships in nature were discovered. The man recognized the “hand of God” in flowers, plants, trees and also in snowflakes, water particles and shells (a good example is the Nautilus shell) and even the position of the stars and planets can be linked and understood based on Sacred Geometry. The Golden ratio, The Fibonacci sequence, flower of life, kabbalah … you most likely have heard of these concepts.
All of these mathematical and scientific knowledge explain the creation and behavior of everything that exists in the universe, it is just a part of the purpose of these seemingly innocent ways. The other part is the one that unites form, body and spirit and contributes to our awakening of consciousness here on earth. We refer to the experience of connecting and relating to geometry from the place of feeling, of contemplation, rather than from understanding. In this way we activate our feminine part: creative, sensitive and intuitive.
A well-known quote from Plato says: “Geometry can guide the soul to the truth”. From human thought perhaps the word “truth” may sound a bit strong, but all you need to know about yourself is already inside you. The subconscious recognizes geometry as a language, because our DNA and cellular structure are formed by the same geometric values. This language is vibration, each form has its own vibration, an essential energy that is in everything and connects with everything. This explains why people feel certain emotions by concentrating on these forms.
With a basic knowledge of what geometry is, we could work together consciously in the co-creation of our evolution. If we keep beliefs about separation, then we will remain trapped in the energy of competitiveness in which we have to protect ourselves through knowledge and adaptive or judicious behavior. From that blindness you are only programmed to survive and you forget who you really are. Sacred Geometry helps you to rediscover the forgotten part, because it goes far beyond the filters of our thinking. It takes us to the matrix / blueprint of our soul, liberating us from learned patterns and beliefs to bring us closer to our most authentic being and feel how we want to live.
Geometry helps you open your mind and brings out the most essential part of each one of us. You are much more than you think you are. A large part of your DNA with all its potential still remains asleep and Sacred Geometry helps to awaken it.
And now what? It is not necessary that you sign up for a theoretical course in Sacred Geometry or that you watch documentaries on YouTube. If you’re hungry for knowledge, that’s fine, but what’s really effective is that you get in touch with her. A very ludic and meditative way is to draw or color mandalas, place a painting or geometric shape at home to harmonize the space or even check for yourself how the taste of the water changes when you leave the glass for a while on one of these forms! Of course, not all forms have the same function. Take it as a game and experience it for yourself. If you want to go deeper, you can access thousands of sources of information to corroborate your experiences.
